DIVE LAB’S Masters Diving Training Clinic

JOIN US IN NOVATO, CA before the 2022 Summer National Championships to get in some extra training with renowned elite athletes and coaches Miranda Maas and Dennis Bondarenko. The Dive Lab team has offered to open up the pool to Masters Diving athletes for both exclusive workouts in the morning and evening workouts during regular Masters practices.
Spaces are limited, and registration is required in advance. Come for 1, 2 or 3 days or for as many of the workouts available that you can attend. Masters Nationals open warmups begin Thursday, 8/11 at 1 PM. MASTERS CLINIC WORKOUTS: ADDITIONAL TRAINING WORKOUTS: Monday 8/8/22 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM PRICING: $40/workout. This is an ideal opportunity to work with top level coaches prior to competing in the US Masters Diving Summer National Championships or to just refine your skills and learn from the best in a fun, safe and healthy recreational setting. FACILITY: 3 1-meter boards, 2 3-meter boards, Platform with levels 1, 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 m, hydrotherapy hot tub, dryland boards, trampolines and belts.
